We complete all required paperwork, get building permits as required, maintain our contractor’s license, file insurance and all required paperwork, invoice for clients and oversee from start to finish on each job. In addition we keep current on all regulations, restrictions and building codes that pertain to plumbing new or existing buildings. Our plumbers complete all work in accordance with the NSW Code of Practice Plumbing and Drainage and AS 3500.

I had a blocked and burst sewer which needed urgent repair. Called Sydney Metro Plumbing on Friday afternoon, and by Friday evening Chris had arrived. As we live in an old terrace, Chris used his tools to located the sewer opening underground, … More and was able to unblock and repair the damage we had that evening. He also took the time to diagnose and explain the situation before discussing what was needed to fix the issue. Very happy with his speed, reliability, honest and price. I have used Chris now about 5 times, and have had previous issues with our old water heater, as well as our old gas pipes. You will not find a better plumber! -

2nd Service - Sydney Metro Plumbing and Maintenance exceptional.
We called Sydney Metro late Saturday afternoon with troubles with our hot water system not heating properly. We were booked in for Monday morning, and managed to have our … More bulky aged system replaced with a slimline instantaneous gas unit. Heating was tested accross the house from end to end and including gas cooktop to ensure heating levels were not compromised. Professionally installed in a speedy time frame and manner. Chris went above and beyond by replacing our existing outdoor powerpoint to a proper certified outdoor weatherproof unit to ensure proper electrical safety. He even modified our outdoor tap water line into a better position. Again saved us time and money without the need for an electrician call out. Absolutely delighted our 2nd exceptional service and quality. Another honest and professional experience and craftsmanship received. -
